Owner & Founder of City Cycle, they don't call her the boss for nothing. Not only does she lead this team but she teaches multiple classes a week as well. In Lauren's classes you will get Big Bike Energy with a side of anything by Drake.
Born in Anchorage, Alaska, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, snowboarding, golfing and is a self-proclaimed infinity pool connoisseur. Some of her favorite things include City Cycle (come on, duh), sleep or a new pair of workout leggings. When she isn't traveling, spending time with family or teaching class she is handling all things City Cycle, full-time baby!
