GENERAL FAQs

Hey you, congrats on trying something new.
We are so glad you are here!

when should i arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and check in with our front desk team.  They will walk you through our check in process and give you a personal tour of the studio. We will also help you set up your bike if you have never cycled before.

how do i set up my bike?

Feeling good on your bike is so important!  Everyone is built a little differently, so everyone's bike set up is a little different. One of our team members will help you find your unique bike fit.

what should i wear?

We recommend wearing athletic clothes, form fitting pants/shorts and socks. Our Schwinn bikes require cycling shoes to clip into the pedals. You can always bring your own cycling shoes with Delta or SPD clips. If you don't have cycling shoes you can always rent ours for $3.

is there a place to leave my belongings?

We have lockers for storing your belongings that lock with your own unique code.  We ask that you leave your phone in your locker during class. It's good to disconnect sometimes!

can i get ready at the studio?

Not only do we have restrooms, but we have showers and a fully stocked blow dry bar. Leave your deodorant, hair spray, dry shampoo, or towels at home - we have you covered!

i'm new to cycling. will i be able to keep up?

Don’t be intimidated! Indoor cycling classes are for people of all experience and fitness levels. If you are a beginner, try to reserve a bike towards the back. It helps to not only watch the instructor, but other experienced riders as well! The lights are dim, so you can take it at your own pace in the dark!

POLICIES & PROTOCOLS

FIRST CLASS

If you’re attending your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. All you need to bring is yourself, we will take it from there! We provide you with shoes, a towel, and lockers for your personal items! Make sure you check in at the front desk so we can guide you through the check-in process.

BOOKING

Our schedule goes live every Sunday at noon for the next week! Book your bike in your favorite class and set a reminder in your calendar. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your spot in class. Please make sure this e-mail includes your bike number, if it does not – you have not fully registered!

RUNNING LATE

If you’re running late to class, please call the studio so we can get your bike set up for you. If there is a waitlist for the class, your bike will be given up 3 minutes after class starts. Riders that show up 5 minutes past the start of class will not be allowed into class for safety reasons and will be charged a no show fee.

CANCELLATIONS

We get it – things come up. If you cannot attend a class that you booked, you must ‘unreserve’ your bike 12 hours before your reservation. You can do that in your account online or contact us via e-mail/phone. Cancellations made within 12 hours before a scheduled class will be charged a class credit (members will be charged $15).

WAITLIST

If a class is full, sign up for the waitlist! If a rider cancels and you are at the top of the waitlist, you will be pulled into the class and notified via e-mail. If you cannot make it to the reserved class, you need to cancel yourself from the waitlist either online or by calling the studio. The same cancellation policy applies for those signed up for the waitlist. If you are not pulled into the class off the waitlist, your credit will be put back into your account automatically. Think of signing up for the waitlist just like signing up for a spot in class.

COVID 19 [UPDATED MARCH 2022]

As of March 14th 2022, riders are no longer required to wear a mask while in the studio.

We understand that this is quite the adjustment and we appreciate that this news is exciting as well as nerve-racking for a few.  We encourage riders to continue wearing a mask if that is what they prefer, you do you! We will continue to have masks at the front desk for those who need them.
